I hate how everyone at my school now thinks they “love” country music just because of Red Solo Cup. It’s one song, now name 5 other by Toby Keith. Or name 7 other artists. It’s one fucking song, you don’t “love” country music. You love drinking, there’s a difference.
or when i ask people, “who are your favorite artists?” and they reply with rascal flatts, taylor swift and lady antebellum.
I just have one thing to say about this: who cares? People like what they like. The music they listen to may not be what you define as “real country” but seriously, does it really matter? Calm down. This applies to all genres of music. It’s really annoying. That is all.
